Bio
Michael Pollock is a multi-faceted percussionist with experience and proficiency in the many aspects of the percussion world. He is also an arranger, instructor, clinician, conductor, and music educator. He has performed in numerous ensembles including the Pan-American Steel Band, Johnson County Landmark Jazz Ensemble, Nebraska Wind Symphony, Omaha Symphonic Chorus, with rock musicians Daniel Christian, Mark Irvin, and Billy McGuigan, and much much more. Michael performed regularly as one half of the Pollock/Dusdieker Percussion duo from 2000-2004. Michael is a proud education artist for Innovative Percussion. Michael holds a Bachelor of Music from the University of Iowa and a Masters of Music from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
